which one to choose for windows app - C++ Vb (Hindi)

hi guys,
i planned to create small windows app(not know any coding, but it's very small)

so which platform to chosse, c++ or Vb


Apps purpose:

Learning Hindi from English

just a few buttons of swf like below(when i clicked the button , voice will come)

i will add numbers, alphabets and more words from hindi dictionary, so it help a lot for hindi beginners...

Eg:

So it's very simple, but need to add 100 buttons,

Since you're focusing on Windows development only, C# would be a good choice. Way better than VB and easier for GUI development than C++.

I don't mean to be discouraging, but I think you're a long way from Reality.
The least you need to know is some Coding. Even if you are a good programmer, you will have to Model your Project first. I strongly suggest you to Outsource the work instead.

Microsoft Visual Studio full version where you can code c++, c# & vb.net too. Btw, i agree with Gaurav, you should go with C#

I am 100% sure that VB.NET is the best way to go for beginner like you(c++ is really complex, and c# is great if you plan to be a programmer, but for this kind of app and your knowledge I would recommend you VB.NET or outsourcing)
