Suppose traffic is like this:
A=50%, B=25%, C=15% and D=10%

Rates per 1000 Downloads will be
250 MB to 300 MB --> 6.05$
450 MB to 500 MB --> 9.05$

Watching those rates for such a traffic, I cannot help but facepalm

P.S. 501-800 and 800+ Size Groups are nonexistent. After you have added option to increase filesize limit to 800 MB, 501-800 would makes sense but 801+ Size Group will still remain nonexistent. Are you still trying to deceive people?

This size group must start from at least 250 MB and rates of B&C should be increased.
