I suggest looking outside of KWWH just about all of the shared host here are 14 to 18 yr teens running reseller hosting when one person breaks tos host gets banned by the org host & who can not do jack about it

In his case he should not even look at the shared hosts since its way to much traffic for a populated shared server.

Definitely go for VPS / Dedicated with that kind of traffic.

If you have gotten suspended by a shared host it is because you have out grown shared hosting.

You need to find someone that would be willing to share or put you on a VPS if you can not get/set up 1 of your own.

You will just get suspended from another shared host with your stats.
