Streaming hosts

Have read some topics regarding streaming hosts, but could not find one that suits me.
In fact I am looking for host that allows to upload at least 1GB , has affiliate program, is paying for views (at least 1 USD per 1k views), is paying in time and is reliable. US should be in tier 1. Maybe i am blind and missing smth , but everyone is claiming nowvideo.eu to be a scam others are very strict on content.
I would like to upload TV Series, but as i understand not many affiliates offer that.
If you can suggest any , please help .

On flashx.tv my uploaded video does not work, also popup advertisement in th eplayer is kind of too much annoying and redirects to some firstload.de which is blocked by my antivirus . So I guess this option also not the best , any other suggestions ? And the most important it gives opprtunity to the viewer to download embed code What for ?
