I dont see your point mr, all vps including cheap budget vps comes with most of that on your list configured. FFMEG<FLVTOOL>RUBY are all free and is basic, dont tell me u want to charge $25 for those

You wont get all these things for free in a self managed VPS.
You need to pay to get such things installed for you.

As JamesVaporH explained, only hosts that oversell their products can afford to entertain you. If you want a premium host that doesn't over-sell, you're going to have to spend more money. That's the way this game works. You get what you pay for.
