Default A bit of Photoshop help if you please?

Hey guys I have finally gotten a plug in to work with CS5, it seems to only like the x86 version for some reason, is there some way to get it working with the x64 version or will I need a x64 version of the plug in?

My OS is x64 so I find it strange that it will even run Photoshop CS5 x86 in the first place so it is rather confusing.

    Thanks.

The only answer to this question is, TRY AND SEE.

I have tried it in the x64 version and it just refuses to load so hence I thought I would ask if it won't work then I will just have to use the x86 version of Photoshop now and then to use the plug in, bit of a pain in the ass but you can't have everything (though one can certainly try )

    lol

I tried running x86 version on 64 bit Windows 7 PC, but it gave me lots of errors though the installation went well.

Especially the 3D feature was crashing the program

Did you tried running the Photoshop CS5 as administrator?
    The Permissions sometimes gives problem.
i'm running a Windows 7 ultimate x64 and can run the photoshop.
just right click and try run as administrator option

    edit:
if installations give problem try the same option for install too

always try downloading the updated version of the software and while installation install both the versions but keep the 64 bit version on desktop Ive faced similar issues but re-installation with genuine copy has resolved it every time
