You don't need a MOD for that, thats just a simple table code.

Here is the code used here in KWWH, lots of centers, you can edit those if you want, you should also make sure that the class values matches the ones you have in your forum, or just change them to whatever class you want assigned in your CSS stylesheet.

Edit "LINK_HERE" and "TITLE_HERE" for whatever links you want to add there.
