XmasPresent4Me.comReading what they have posted on their domain should tell you who wrote it, what their real intention was all alone, what type of business person they are, how well they keep their word, how much a promise or guarantee from the person or company is worth just to name the first 5 that come to my mind.
It is unfortunate that some lost data, domain names, and/or money.
Hopefully we all learn from it.
Anyone that filed a dispute that dropped it should consider contacting PayPal with a note about their experience, it may not get you your money but it may also make it difficult for them to get any more from others.
If it makes you feel better posts about how you were treated by them on every site that will allow it.
