What would you say is best option for someone looking for encoding server? It seems most of those listed are out of stock.

Are there any plans for for around 20 USD?

for $20 i think you wont get a Encode RDP, you can get normal RDP either US or EU

I got my own NL Windows VPS with dedicated resources, so always stable performance. Around US$50.

You mean HostPlate? I thought you said it wasn't stable.

I know that, but even the 30-40 USD ones are sold old. The ideal option would be to share someone's encoding rdp slice.
