problem with uploading an image

recently (today) im facing a problem when i try to upload an image

failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/domain/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 348

and when i try to install a plugin it requests the ftp details

i dont know why is this happening today?

can anyone help me with this problem please?

ahh,,i just read a full article about this and thanks to god my problem has been resolved

there are so many people are facing this with the new version of wordpress

so if anyone is facing this

just open your ftp and change the uploads dir to the permission 777
