Then you cannot order directly. You have to find a reliable, reputable (not 1-man company) reseller.

Find a decent reseller then, Aslong as you get FULL ACCESS/CONTROL it's all good.

Looks like they buy from ovh.de. And the prices on ovh.de are more expensive than some other ones like .ie. Go try comparing them.

you can buy from ovh.com/fr site.
they accept all country. no need go to reseller.
