When I export link for my file i get the following ones

I wanted a forum thumbnail code

Only on fresh upload on local I get a field for thumbnail under "Code for forums" which is

But when i viewed my post on the forum I made the picture appears to be grey. Is it because Im not premium? I linked the post to my friend and It was grey for him too.
