Forum scrambled after upgrade

Hi i currently i own an vbulletin 3.8.5 forum i wanted to upgrade so i just placed the vbulletin 4.1.12 files and ran forum/install/upgrade.php
But after the upgrade is complete my forum is scrambled
I disabled all the mods before upgrading(via config.php)

Any suggestions to fix it guys

I never ran a VB forum, but did you forget to change the path settings?

Your forum URL is http://rockerszone.com/forum/
But the image it's linked to shows something totally different:

thats bcoz i have the other version of forum running

You forum seems to be fine, what do you actually mean by scrambled?

its not loading for me its showing database error.

are you sure u placed ur image folder correctly?

Check the chmod for your images folder. It seems the permission trouble

all premissions were correct
