CentOS is the industry standard and is supported by Kloxo. Use Centos 5 x86 works great.

Always go for x64 if possible, it allow you upgrade RAM high capacity..
Also I'd go with CentOS it is easy to manage and very stable. I really think it is an enterprise level linux, which is free.
