The best TLD out there is .com as majority of sites on internet use .com and it seems more natural. Although it doesn't mean you can't proceed with a .net / .org / .info warez site, visitors still like sites on .com.

Yup it doesn't really matter what ending you choose, you could even choose a .info.

However, the commonly accepted website ending is .com and usually people believe that a .com website is more legitimate than a .info website ( though this doesn't always have to be the case) so I would try to get a .com if not then a .net and then a .org
