Searching two wordpress plugins

I see many webpages that in the sidebar contains a widget that show feed subscribers and allow subscribe by mail too. Any recomendation about wordpress plugin to this functions? (i searched but not find something that cover all my needs most of them are for facebook/twitter).

And i?m searching for another plugin that autoresize large images and allow to user zoom images on click, i saw similar plugins into vbulletin etc... and saw it on some wordpress sites but can?t find it, anyone knows plugin name or where can i download it?
