^Oh how some people like to believe OVH's network is crap just because they're cheap.
I have had servers in the US, on server.lu, on Leaseweb and on OVH, if anyone's network is crap, it's definitely not OVH's. Apart from this, I was talking about download speed, not upload, I get full speed from most hosts I use up and down, no matter what time of the day it is, so, yeah.
Anyway, since Paypal has gotten quite aggressive recently, I think I'm gonna refrain from trying new hosts anymore, this is just not worth the risk anymore.
