Interesting insight into the problems of cyberlockers : no paygates want them anymore
Hello everyone,
I thought the information would prove itself useful in this forum, have a look at that thread :
http://sibsoft.net/forum/need-new-pa...ods-t4338.html
This is the official support and discussion forum for X File Sharing Pro, by Sibsoft, the most popular cyberlocker script.
To summarize you the thread I gave here, it seems more and more online payment processors are banning filehosts from their services, while paypal is a terrible bitch requesting lots and lots of documents before, possibly, agreeing.
Not all paygates act like that, it's the paygates taking credit cards, apparently webmoney and other systems (SMS, pre-funded accounts) still work.
Another thread in this forum (the thread for XFS' incoming V2) show that the Sibsoft admins are adding more paygates as time passes... but even those new paygates seems opposed, "by default unless there's serious discussion", to sponsoring cyberlockers.
This sheds a grim light on the whole cyberlocker system.
It's possible that I'm wrong at some point, since new XFS cyberlockers open regularly
But, still, I thought the information would interest you here.reneefr Reviewed by reneefr on . XmasPresent4Me.comI don't see a threat to all cyber lockers just those that reward ppl who upload copyright infringing files for public distribution without the authorization of the copyright holder.

Forget it!!!! Even Filevelocity is facing the same problem now.
They sent e-mail to users some hours ago to warn them that PP are temporally suspended until the next 2-3 weeks just time to resolve their issues with PP wish limited their account.

Key features include:
- Micropayments as low as $0.001 (1/10 of a cent)
- Low fees (Flat 5% with no minimum)

Simple!
No problems for us so far. We can even withdraw to Paypal, but we always withdraw to the bank.

FileShoppe.netPerhaps he is unhappy that the 'capitalist world' isn't as free (meaning freedom, not $0) as he would like :-)
