Looking for talented and experienced PHP coder(s) to work on my projects.

These are the current projects I have..

Project 1: Code .PSD into Wordpress theme
Project 2: Design + Coding for a brand new Wordpress theme
Project 3: Design + Coding PHPBB Theme
Project 4: Big project, long-term employment, this will require signing an NDA.

I need the projects completed in that exact order 1 through 4.

I have wasted a lot of time trying to find a coder on KWWH, this is my last attempt. I have already spent $$$ Hundreds here paying Teodor, XxX, etc so they can vouch that I pay in full, and on-time.

Conditions:
-You should have your own VPS/Host to show me the work and progress.
-List prior work and samples.
-All work must be clean, code must be optimized and validated.
