[Contest] PR4 Domain For Web Template

Hey guys, I dont have much time so let me make this quick.

I have a PR4 domain expiring in 2 weeks and think its best to give it away to someone who needs it.
Plus, Im looking for a template.

It would cost you something like $20 to renew, but for a PR4 domain thats nothing to worry about - you can spend much more for high PR text advertisements.

Anyway, lets get down to it.. Here's the quick contest.

Contest:
Give/link me to a website template for a builder/construction website which includes:
1. home page
2. portfolio/image gallery page (with photo albums) <- this is the most important
3. contact us page

...or something along those lines.

Doesn't need to be custom, doesn't need lo look good.
The layout just needs to work and mainly the portfolio part.
