    Atom processors are, on the contrary, greatly underrated. If the hardware/software environment is tweaked and configured correctly you can push a lot of performance out of them.

    Since hosting in the USA won't be a problem from you, I would recommend you check out http://www.reliablesite.net (don't let the design deceive you). They are great, and they are actually the only provider I know who'll hook you up an atom with 8gb ram; yeah 8gb ram on an Atom is quite possible contrary to popular belief that it was limited to 4gb.
