Speed is verry good 40 - 60MB/s
Torrent ( not tested sorry )

Rar/Unrar test was verry great

You are not allowed to use software/hardware abusing software's, i see you are using opera and some java based portable programs which uses high cpu/ram.

Please remember RDA is shared with 15 users, so you can't allot 25% of cpu usage yourself.
