Hello everyone since im a noob i need help ._., i want 2 things:

1- Offshore Host for vbulletin nulled

I want to start a community of anime using vbulletin nulled (im not rich u.u, but for now i will use null . In the future i will buy the license) with some download links for the anime, asian music...etc. (filehosts).

So what hosting do you recommend me? i found this:

2- VPS or dedicated (i dont know wich one to choose your opinions please )

I want to storage on vps or dedicated (i think dedicated is better) anime content, just anime. Series completed, thats mean .mp4, .avi, .mkv files.

For start is fine hard rive 250-500GB, for specification i dont really know what is fine for i want.

My idea is some ftp accounts for upload or download or for give the http in my forum for download. (will be semi-private), So what specification will be fine and what provider do you recommend me?

Anime can be warez and asian music but i never heard about a DMCA complains for that files D please provide a link if you know about one D:! so offshore or onshore will be better?, my budget for this is: $100-200 monthly.

You need warez hosting, not many hosts allow that.

Plus, you would need either a strong VPS or a dedi. $15 which is your budget won't come close to buy any of those.

Shared hosting would never allow you to store warez files.
