Okay, here is a step by step tutorial.

1)First login a click on your account area


2) Click on "Reward Center"


3) Select "Download promotion for Reg/Prem Users" and click "Submit"


4a) Select "Promotion Upgrade" if you want to upgrade your account to Premium Membership


4b) Select "Promotion Payout" if you want to convert your points to money


5) Please fill the "Spend Points" text area with the number of points you want to convert.


6) And confirm your request

And do you really what to know why was the website suspended?

DUO to my requests. I have upgraded the website and got a second hosting server to reduce the load. Do you get it? I spend more money on the website to make it better. Money that you may not have it But hey I do.
And why do I want to be suspended?
To avoid data loss or data coruption, but again I see you don't know this things.
