We haven't received any alertpay request lately. We have paid almost everyone, and some users registered here can confirm that too if they want. What is your friend's username? Also, there is a maintenance on AlertPay Credit card funds adding, so we may not pay instantly on Alertpay requests.

Hello,

I received your MP. Your friend did not request the money. How can we know that he wants the money? We clearly stated in news that everyone needs to checkout the money, so we can send every payment completely.
I recommend to all people that wants to check out these days to use Paypal as Alertpay is in a maintenance(like us too). Paypal will take maximum 48hours to get the money in the account.
