There was no new limitation. We added another server and it didn't had the settings saved from all the other servers.
Check now, You should have no problem uploading files.

LE: Also, we have fixed the download issue too. That was only on the new server we've added.

As you can see, I can download without any problem. http://snpr.cm/AiZJtW.jpg There is a limit download per day for free users and non registered.

Yeah, files with few downloads doesn't have this error. But the error remains with many files...
