I am scared about suspension/banned or termination of my site, due to unknown things.

So, I would like to change/shift to other the hosting service.
My well wishers said, another provider that has OFFSHORE servers and ignore DMCA and get your site up.

So, anyone help me in renewing and changing hosting to OFFSHORE servers?
