Hey, I try to help out in the vBulletin section as much as I can.

But there's a lot of threads that are like this: http://www.besthostingforums.com/27-...ds-urgent.html

That don't have a lot of information, or the thread title is misleading.

Maybe a staff member can make as sticky there and enforce a title format, as well as a post format.

For example, a post in the vBulletin forum..

Title: Product Help - How do you install vBSEO?


Post:

Forum Software (Including Version number): vBulletin 3.8.7
Product: vBSEO 3.1324983059584

Problem:

Hai guyssss, I can't install vBSEO, it's giving me an error, help.


Sumfin like that.
