Did anyone know what's up with knownsrv?
Their servers do not work all day, i contact support, no one answers.

The sad part is, we are not getting any updates or get informed, why our host is down. Just to know why we have to wait to get on our pages would be nice

I also searched for it for a long time, didn't find one.
I think, since they had the problems in march this year, knownsrv is not the same like then.

One strange thing I found out is: if I open http://shared01.knownsrv.com/~cpanelname , my page loads fine...
