Hello, I'm just wondering if there is anyone here who's willing to lend me a hand on image editing. I've drawn a character which I wanted to use for a facebook page as banner. But since I am not yet good at stuffs like background and GFX, it might be worth a try to look around for someone else who does. (for free )

What I need for a banner:
- main theme is Japanese Summer Festival
- scenery should be at night or afternoon, with yellow fireworks/booth lights as light source
- animesque background which can go good with an anime style character(similar to konachan artworks if possible)
- I prefer it when it follows the Technical Criteria

The character I drew to be used is here (I can give a PNG version, but not the original quality which is around 4000px which is only for the artist's/my keepsake)
