Changing template - wordpress

I am planning on changing template on my wordpress site, so i would like to know what will change and what not, what will i have to setup again and what will remain the same. What will happen to menus, category widget in sidebar etc.

All depends on your new skin. Remeber that you can preview your new skin before change it totally.

Try your new skin and start fix all error that you find.

Simply follow the instructions you get with the theme.

All you need to do is upload the files via FTP.

Then depending on the theme depends on weather you will need to edit menu's/widgets...etc.

new version of wp have built option changing theme will not change the widgets
