If you have cPanel, there is this option called "Error logs" and once you click on it, it would tell you the errors. Alternatively, in your public_html there would be error_log or such and you could view the errors from there. Being quite some time since I hosted a site, can't really remember

Download your .sql backup and all wordpress files.

Install another copy of wordpress on your localhost (use xampp), import the database which you downloaded. Now check if all pages can be accessed.
