I actually took on the roll as moderator in a few sections, but I don't really understand the staff roll's..etc. You say to be moderator you need to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per day, I am probably on around 4 at the moment (daily), and I have not once seen another moderator online, or even seen them online in the past 24 hours, there is multiple moderators and I seem to be the only active moderator. I suggest removing the "2 dedicated hours daily" as that can not be true as there is already moderators meeting the requirements and also not actually doing there job as a moderator should do:

That's the reason we are searching for moderators and the remaning both moderators mentioned they will be offline for a while. And 2 hours Requirement to checks the topics posted and updated with new content
