I'm new on this stuff, i want make a website but i have limited info.
to make a website and run it properly what stuff i need to learn.

like page coding, language, software.
as well as what tools i need, also why uses of rdp ,vps.
seriously i really need ur help and will wait for ur help.

Buy domain, Host in On Blogger (Free host) - Blogger is very easy to customize and Use you will enjoy it - Let me know if you need any more help about it

That website uses vBulletin. You can purchase a license from vBulletin.com.

A license is $195, but you can also get nulled which will cost you nothing but I don't recommend it. If you do need any help I will set it up for you etc.
