Well you must have a successful site. Be helpful to the community, and dot bed or anything. Must have a welt build community not just any throw together forum.

You don't necessarly have to have a sucessful or good site but yes just having one and being helpful and active around KWWH will definately increase your chances.
I don't think it matters much though as their are some people without 'Trusted' people would resptect more like sherwood, Mr-R-T etc. compared to budda6, Santocooletc. who are trusted.

Santocool is an administrator at PhazeDDL I'm assuming that's why he is a trusted webmaster.
