You can use RapidLeech if you don't have SSH Access (Provided your host doesn't forbid scripts like RapidLeech), or links if you do have SSH Access, you can just use links (apt-get install links on Debian/Ubuntu, then links http://www.rapidshare.com/files/down...r/filename.ext).

Rapidleech is the best and worst way at the same time. You need to be more carefull if you want to use that.
Simple rule just upload files from rapidshare to server then change the permissions to 777 of the rapidleech folder.
BTW you can easily find the rapidleech by searching the net. It is free.

Thanks for all your replies... I tried the rapidleech approach but it pretty much ground my server to a halt.
