    Pure Awesomeness!
I guess he's asking for an offshore host and a payment processor that can't/won't be pwned by the US government.

    Sorry for not being clear:

I'm going after an idea that might piss people off. It's a relatively new idea that might start some lawyers firing off letters to a webhost or payment processor.

Which webhosts and payment processors would be out of US legal systems reach?

I know that these sites that are "guaranteed" to start a stir come and go daily, but this is an idea I've been sitting on for years. It has a solid business model and good profitability. I'm trying this in one market to see if it sticks and then will expand it out to other areas. I'm just wanting to see how feasible it will be.

    Thanks
