Hello,
In Firefox downloads are working perfectly.
Internet Explorer users cannot download files because the timer doesn't start, Its stuck at 20 seconds (Anonymous waiting time), after waiting for 20 seconds nothing happens.
Works in Apple safari and Google Chrome.

I like to be transparent as possible, so I'll explain the problems that have been happening in the past 12 hours:
- New server arrived. It is slightly different to the current one. However, this slight difference resulted in the hard disks being very slow when dealing with large traffic. This resulted in slow upload/download speeds, and slow FTP processing. I've reconfigured it and it should be working fine now. Any files uploaded via FTP are now being processed and should appear in your account. Any new files should appear within 2 mins.
- The new server's FTP server had trouble connecting to the FTP authentication server. This caused the FTP server to be unconnectable. I redesigned the FTP authentication module to use a more reliable method to communicate with the auth server.
If there are any problems not addressed here, please let me know. I'll look into the IE download issue.
Edit: IE download works fine. I just tested it (with IE9). Make sure you're not using any Javascript blocking addons.

I have an idea for the IE download issue:
write into the css - if browser = IE then black page saying DOWNLOAD FIREFOX and link the word firefox to firefox

Sigh. It seems the hard disks of the new server are defective. FTP will be offline while I run diagnostics.
