Datacenters Comparision with arguments

Because I am searching for a good datacenter for about 2 weeks I decided to create this topic.

Which datacenter do you consider is the best and most important WHY? Price vs quality, allowed vs not allowed.

In my mind there are only a few of them which are pretty good for us(members of warez family):
- WorldStream . NL
- Ecatel . net (NL)
- OVH . com (FRANCE)
- I3D . NL
- ServerBoost . NL
- root/server . LU (Luxembourg)

Added after...
- Shinjiru . com (Malaysia)
- HostingPanama . com

Is there any other offshore datacenter which allows warez related sites?

Would you recommened another datacenter?

Even Usenet has problems here.

Any other offshore datacenter? Oh I forgot about Shinjiru, editing now.

So remaining with root and ovh. Anyway shinjiru speed is not too good.

Did you ever look to their prices and servers specs? did you tested their speed? I think no. here you go:

When a site has a biggers answer than 0.5s is not good. My VPS has 0.46 and average 80KB/s(30 -> 720KB/s max)
