warez-bb and piratebay are not loading im using google dns and my isp is orange.

Hey, So many reports have come in that, there is perma ban on some torrent and music sharing sites, Can Indian users verify? TPB, warezbb, and many other sites are totally blocked for BSNL! Reliance and others are blocking too! Yes, I know this is old news, but more newer sites are being blocked! Of course, there are other ways to access but 90% of the people don't know that, so the blockade is somewhat-sucessful!! Rating: 5

EDIT: Pastebin is not working for me it pings to right IP but doesnt load up, it says "Access to this site has been blocked as per Court Orders" Wow so WBB is ok ? TPB is ok ? but Pastebin is not ok [pokerface] according to ISPs ?
