Job in Malaysia 10,200 USD Salary

Hello All Friends,

From last few days a company located in Malaysia "SAPURACREST PETROLEUM BERHAD (MALAYSIA)" playing with me that they have jobs opening in their company and they are hiring new peoples, I got two three emails submitting documents filling there interview forums etc...

Now I got a offer to sign but before they will send me visa to work they need me to buy a Certificate of employment resident from there foreign affairs which cost me 1,420 USD.

They are giving me everything free salary is good in amount visa of work is free but why they asking me to buy this before all that ? Is this fu*king scam or legal ?

Anyone here from Malaysia can help or anyone else experience this thing before ?

might be just another Nigerian scam [hmmm]

Are you sure the person you were dealing with is legit & the company is legit, etc etc ? If company is legit go google search the number, call them & confirm

Hmm.... if they ask you to spend around 1/10 of your future salary and you're 'bitching' about it, it sounds like you're being trolled.

Why are they offering a +10k job through email?

The company they are using is legit , although i search that on google maps looks like they are legal. (Company Name and Address)

The email id's they are using i google them and search come up with same emails people getting from last one year. So looks like all are fake.

They are saying that this is ministry of malaysia contact address and email ids etc

tbh this is 101% scam one of my stupid friend already paid someone on internet he also recived the same email and he gets nothing no visa no ticket no job

Thank you so much for your kind reply amerriaz, i also search on google with this email id this thing is going on from last 1 year and those same emails got by many of members with same procedure and type, thats why i made a thread here to know more about it.

dude if any company is asking you for money then its most probably it is a scam. If you give out your details to some other guys over email, just make sure that they are legit, google always helps.

oh GOD !

I always knew about that but i did fu*king wrong again submitted my passport copy and other legal document to them

I wished , I searched these before doing all that, actually that email looks not like 100 % fake and i take the risk , I applied in lot of places for job so don't remember who fake or real ....

I have a Malaysian Work Visa.

Ok firstly, you surely need to pay for a Visa because Malaysia is just like India, without corruption, nothing happens

However, that's only when you applied for their employment pass (high pay) but this is definitely a scam since it came to your e-mail. It's something like the lucky draw, you send me to collect your money. Doesn't quite make sense.

So you are in Malaysia ? You have any research on this thing what i posted ? Is there any % chance that may be it is legal ?

I know visa are not for free and why should I pay before anything to get a resident certificate in any other country and why the hell they allow me to have (common sense)
