These hand/wrist exercises really help...

I have had arthritis in my hands from years of basketball and breaking them several times. As well as carpal tunnel. So I'm always looking for ways to relieve the pain when it gets a little excessive.

Lately I've been doing wrist & hand exercises that seem to really work.

I also have been taking cherry extract which seems to really help all joint pain. It also seems to help when I drink milk before bed, or eat some cheese.

Just thought I would share, doubt I'm the only one who has either of these problems on here.
