WHM Account List Problem

Hi i have a problem on the web host manager.

I created a new shared account via the Create an Account option. Everything went smoothly but when I looked at the Accounts List the IP on the account that I created says MISSING.

Heres the error in the cPanel error_log

Have you set up a shared ip in cpanel settings? or you coudl try to edit the users ip addrese

Update cPanel. will fix any issues.
