There are hundreds of other warez sites around which people would rather go to which have no protection on links and have virtually no ad's. People are a lot more internet savvy than they used to be, they know what to avoid. What makes you think people with use your website instead?

Things have changed now. My advice is to spend your time, effort and money on a legitimate website which actually will have future prospects.
