Anything or anywhere you are connected to while doing netstat, for example you have an ongoing skype conversation, will appear in the results.

However, this image shows what is most likely to be your network ip trying to log to some host but not making a connection... could be pop-ups being blocked, could be a million things. But whatever it is, its not someone trying to connect to you, its you trying to connect to someplace.
