I love the logo, it's awesome. You don't have any custom unread/read icons - Try making some of those . Also, I'm on IE5 ATM (LOL) and I don't know whether you have a favicon? - If you don't, make one. If you do, good job. I think that ''register'' images will convince users to register, simple text is utter rubbish and imo you don't get a lot of people signing up -- So remove the register now text and replace it with an image. You should remove the ''Donation Goal'' - It makes me feel as if the owner is poor (No offence), maybe after the guest has actually registered, the donation goal bar shows up. It doesn't have a good affect on guests, if they see that. I noticed that you have 2 welcome register messages -- Why do you need 2? Isn't 1 enough? Overall a good looking site, could do some more work on it though, 7/10.

P.S You may want to change the admin/modcp directory and maybe protect it with htaccess?

I had seen it on other forums too so i thought that it was a public img so used it
