    I had a site hosted with them and had quite a lot of downtime, but as it is free you must accept that you wont get the same reliability as with a paid host.

    Actually I'm a newbie, I want to use free hosting for online testing my PHP-MySQL there. But, nowadays I still running in pure HTML and upload using FTP. it's OK as so far.

    I made bad experiences with http://www.000webhost.com/

    I joined their affiliate program and they never ever paid out.
    Also I had a couple of websites there that were generating some decent traffic (for whatever reasons) and they simply took them from me.

    I would be careful with them.
