    I have www.evilddl.com hosted at www.this1host.com (NL), its cheap and working out well for me so far

    Get domain privacy.... ie check the whois info on any sites in my profile, you won't see a name.

    If i do buy a off-shore host in say the netherlands, hong kong, etc will i have to respond to DMCA emails or can i just tell them where to stick it?
