Ram = 16GB
HD = 2TB
100mbps connection
with window 2008 R2 SP1 standard edition for around $70 a month
anyone got suggestions please let me know

If Kimsufi is over your budget, than good luck in finding a cheap server.

Kimsufi is the provider of servers that sell cheaper, but if you will use the server for warez I advise not to go with them.
