    Thanks for writing to me, I think I understand the issue, I may have come across this before. The last time I had encountered this issue, it was a local policy that didn't allow for the sender to be the receiver. This changes from country to country, but just to be sure, send us a support ticket. Let me know the ticket ID number, I'll make sure it gets checked out by our banking operations.

    Our team will get back to you with more details as soon as we get a chance

    Hey Coco24,

    AdLOW is correct. Payments are virtually instant, I suggest checking with the sender, they should be able to provide you with a valid reference number if they have indeed sent the payment.

    We take account security seriously, if you think you may have been compromised don't let it wait. Send us a ticket ASAP, I'll even make sure it's followed up on for you. Simply let me know your ticket ID number and I'll make sure the damage is minimized.

    There is a chance you just haven't been sent your payments yet but always listen to your gut feeling!

    According to compliance regulation, field 50K of MT103 must reflect the true owner of the remitted funds. Our banking partners made adjustments to their systems, in order to adapt to the required regulations.

    After these adjustments, the remitter's names have been corrected. In this case, unfortunately, the rejected money is out of our control.

    Because after that adjustments, is not possible Ordering customer and Beneficiary customer to be different like before, and i can not in the future to make withdrawal from Payza to my country ?
    Also, in this case, the bank will not give me my money and they will send back to you.
    After how much days they will be in my payza account ?

    After this, I'm in very bad situation

    Till now no one get their money after account closed .
    Search Google u will get your answer .
    Payzaa will eat your money 100% sure.

    Payzaa is not like paypal that u will get your money after 180 day
